The Role

We're on the hunt for a Creative Strategist who can turn data into storytelling gold, transform insights into scroll-stopping content, and make our clients' paid social ad creative absolutely irresistible.

Who We're Looking For

You’re a unicorn… who loves diving into Facebook ad accounts, building creative pipelines, crafting creative briefs, and coordinating creative teams.  You’re a voracious learner, get excited to build processes and systems and have a deep love for direct response copywriting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis across Facebook Ad accounts to uncover actionable creative insights
  • Develop and manage a diverse monthly creative pipeline, mapping out 10+ strategic ad concepts per client
  • Write comprehensive creative briefs that guide production teams in creating high-converting paid social content
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with production, casting and editing teams to execute creative vision
  • Produce creative insight documents and performance reports that articulate strategic rationale
  • Design and implement creative testing frameworks across Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in:
    • Creative strategy for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands
    • Managing creative teams of 3 or more.
    • Writing ad concepts  that have seen $100,000+ in spend
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creative diversity with strategic iteration
  • Expert-level project management skills with proven deadline management capabilities
  • Sophisticated understanding of direct response principles and have a track record of implementing them.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced understanding of Meta Ads Manager and ability to analyze performance data and build reports
  • Expertise in creative brief development
  • Strong video and image ad production knowledge
  • Polished and repeatable research and ideation processes
  • Ability to articulate why an ad is converting, or why it’s not.
