The Role
We're seeking a Graphic Designer who can transform marketing briefs into scroll-stopping static ads that convert. You'll be the creative force behind our static ad campaigns, crafting visuals that not only catch eyes but drive action. This isn't just about making things look pretty – it's about making design decisions that drive performance.
Who We're Looking For
You're a unicorn... who understands the delicate balance between artistic innovation and conversion optimization. You get excited about both pushing creative boundaries and diving into performance metrics. You're equally comfortable working from detailed briefs or taking an ambiguous concept and running with it. Most importantly, you have a proven track record of creating static ads that actually convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting static ads for Meta.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Curate and select scroll-stopping imagery
- Create and maintain consistent brand aesthetics while optimizing for performance
- Collaborate with creative strategists to implement testing frameworks
- Stay current with social media design trends and platform updates
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing design, with proven track record in-house on a brand creative team or growth-focused marketing agencies
- Extensive portfolio of high-performing ad creative
- Demonstrated ability to explain design decisions and their impact on performance
- Experience with AI image generation tools
- Strong understanding of design principles and concept themes that drive conversion
- Track record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Technical Competencies
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of Meta ad specifications and requirements
- Understanding of consumer psychology in design
- Ability to analyze and make adjustments based on performance data
